Nourishing Our Wholeness
To deepen your self-nourishment practice, please join us August 16-18 as Lorraine hosts a weekend retreat:
Nourishing Our Wholeness:
A weekend of deepening awareness, heart-felt connection, and well-being
During this retreat we’ll allow ourselves to relax into the fullness of our deepest selves. Through meditative practices such as Qigong, guided visualizations, and reflective writing, we’ll connect to our innate wisdom and joy of being, present with ourselves and one another. We’ll also have time to walk among the surrounding fields, gardens, and forests, as well as the labyrinth on the top of the hill. Our weekend will offer deep renewal, flourishing creativity, heart-felt connection, and wholeness in a beautiful, lovingly tended environment.
Place: Northern Light Centre near Collingwood, a two-hour drive north of Toronto
Dates: Aug. 16-18 (late afternoon Friday to mid-afternoon Sunday)
Price: $360, includes shared accommodation, meals and workshop (single accommodation available at a local b&b, or bring your own tent)
